Put the flash drive in your computer
Then go to your computer files
Right click on the flash drive
Click format
Under file system click on fat32
Then click start


Be careful though, it will delete everything on there

Its 64gb so windows wont do it, you need 3rd party software like the one i posted above.

Oh, Wow, I never new I could make my 64gb Fat32... Hmm guess I should've looked into it.
