(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Is there any way to fix the blue screen of death on HP dell? Will a recovery disc fix it or do I have to do something else?

Try re-installing your OS as you said from a disc or usb.

Usually when it happens will tell you what's wrong. If you are able to take a picture of it when it happens and post it, I am sure someone would be able to assist you.

Look about 2 inches form the top of the screen you will see an error code: 0x0000027827, or something or another, Snap a Picture, and Post it.

could be hardware failure or you added hardware your mobo chipset doesnt like and you need drivers for it , and hp and dell are two completely different companies idk how anyone didnt catch that is your post spam or something ?
