My graphic cards which are both GeForce GTX 660 Superclockeds, seem to be "glitching".

Of course, both of them are connected and ran in SLI Mode. Yesterday, when I went to turn my computer on, it took a few seconds longer than usual. When it booted to the windows screen, the fan on one GPU immediately kicked on and spun at high RPMs. When it completely booted the operating system and my desktop showed, I checked my little gadgets that tell me the temperature, fan speed, etc of my GPUs. It only showed that one was plugged in (recognized rather). I rebooted it a few times and it eventually started working properly.

Well, today it did the same thing, but I only had to reboot one time.
I haven't cleaned it out in a few months, and I really need to. I actually plan on doing this either today or tomorrow. Hopefully I can solve the problem by cleaning it out and checking if there are any loose connections, otherwise, I may test out the PCI-E ports and see if they are going bad, if not, it's probably the GPU itself.

I basically answered my own question above, but does anybody have any suggestions or has this ever happened to you? I'd just like to get a little insight on it, ya know.
