I have been trying for a while to port forward. My router is a Belkin F9K1105 v3 and no matter what I do nothing seems to work. If anyone can help me please skype me ghostsniper444.

Hi what did you try? have you rebooted the router? It must be something similar to: Virtual Servers---> Add an entry with the same inbound and outbund desired port, type TCP or UDP or Both, enter description, the local ip of the machine it will apply to, check the enabled checkbox, and click apply Changes.
