Post: HELP! I Formatted My External Hardrive!

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Recently I was on my new MAC and then I got some pop up saying some thing like, your External Hardrive need's formatting before use. So I went on further and pressed okay. Once it finished I opened up the file and I saw everything was deleted. Is there a way I can get it back?? Crying

Yes there are a few ways. There are a few windows programs ( I am not sure if you are running a windows VM or not but if you are ):
You must login or register to view this content. (They actually do have this for MAC so you could always try that one out)
You must login or register to view this content. (Seagate also has programs available)

If he just did a format and hasn't written anything to it he can recover the drive.
