Post: Need help getting keyboard and mouse to work..

If anyone is willing to help id appreciate it.

Issue: Standard PS/2 Keyboard
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

PS/2 Compatible Mouse
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.

these errors are making my internal keyboard and mouse unfunctional.

Any suggestions ?

Tried a few things to no avail.. :(

Forgot to note it's Windows 8.1

If you plug in an external usb mouse and keyboard does it work? If yes visit your pc manufacture website look for your model and download drivers for mouse and keyboard normally found under input devices.

to make a keyboard and mouse work you must plug it in if it does not work make sure your usb ports are working
