And my laptop died during the process of installing it (it modify system files) And know when i know my laptop on my start button and charms don't work my desktop icons are gone and its EXTREMELY lagy (I Open a application (65535)

So what can i do

This is why I dont mess around customizing my Windows PC, I have encountered this problem in the past on windows 7. Okay you have got two options:

WARNING: BEFORE YOU PERFORM ANY OF THE METHOD MENTIONED BELOW BACKUP ALL YOUR FILES BEFORE ATTEMPTING THIS.

1.Reset Windows 8 or 2. Refresh windows 8

When you Reset your PC, it will basically give you a clean install (retail) or factory recovery (preinstalled OEM) of Windows 8 afterwards. But: You will lose everything from your current Windows 8 installation.

But When you Refresh your PC, this basically repairs Windows 8 by reinstalling it while keeping your files, Store apps, most of your settings, etc..... However, all installed 3rd party desktop apps will be removed.

Ok. but i said my Start button or charms don't work so i can't reset also YOU need start menu to reset so thats a no. i also got no DVD/RECOVERY

Okay if your start button does not work on your winodws desktop then hit the windows button located on your keyboard and what is the windows 8.1 edition do you use I can provide you with a download link.

8.1 32bit pro also that button dosent work either and no usb/dvd :/

You will need a DVD or Flash drive 8GB size, since you dont have both what you can do is to system restore your PC from control panel that will fix the messed up files on your PC.
