And you also set the PS3 to wired?

Double check you have bridged the connection like the following:

-Run ethernet cord from PS3 to PC
-Go into Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings
-Find the connection for the wifi and the one for your ethernet port.
-Press and hold Ctrl and click on the ethernet port icon and the USB wifi icon. Right click and choose "Bridge connections" then let Windows do its thing.
-Set the PS3 up for a wired connection.

i Get successfull ip on ps3 but internet fails

Have you ran a test? If so what does it say?

it says the connection to the server timed out, but obtain ip address is successfull
