So I tought I should start this topic, I do not work for any company at this time, so I can offer my help for free without being sued, heh.

So post in this thread any problem related to computers. I'm not an expert in tablets in cellphones, but I have a good base, and I have google.

I'm more skilled in diagnosing Windows computers, but I am interersted in learning more about UNIX based systems, so you may post your problems here, regardless of your OS. If I don't know the answer to your question, I'll make a search and we'll both learn something. That's reward enough for me.

So, any software (viruses, boot problem, OS-related issus, software specific issues,etc.) and hardware (compatibility, symptoms of failure, etc.) are all welcome, post any trouble you have with your machine.

I think this is not the correct section for tablet and smartphones, so please avoir questions related to this.

I start this thread until I become a little more proficient in programming and game modding/hacking, Computer repairs being what I'm best at, for now.

Hi mate. I've had problems with my laptop. Windows is got deleted some how so I lost all of my files on the hard drive. The screen was cracked so I thought I'd get that repaired. I've got a recovery software but the .txt file I wanted mainly cane up with hex writing instead of the normal writing (like this) once it comes back is there any way to un corrupt it? (Guessing the files corrupt that is)
