is there's anyone have a solution for this issue i'll appreciate it
my problem is I want to install NET Framework 4.5
and the installation told me already installed
I tried to delete it from control panel but can't find it there!!!
tried clean tool and doesnt work!
please don't ignore this like last threads

If it is already installed then what is the issue? Depending on what version of windows you are running, it might not be listed as a program. Instead it would fall under features.

windows 8.1 i got NET Framework error inside application and i'll delete it and reinstall it again , .NET Framework 4.5
