I believe when you have using PS3Lib;, it should be using PS3Lib.dll;

Also, you added 3 dashes to the end of the link making it incorrect. I just removed them so I could see your picture :p.

Try it with using PS3Lib.dll; instead of PS3Lib;

still not working and the weird thing is .... that visual studios keeps let me adding ps3lib as a reference . once i reference something like metroframework ic ant add it twice

When you added your reference, is it named correctly? Make sure that the PS3Lib.dll that you have on your computer and you added as a reference is renamed to the same exact way you type it in.

its like when i type using the reference .. thats when it doesnt show :(

It may be a problem with your reference, then. Make sure it stays in the directory you first referenced it. If it gets deleted or moved, it will not work.

Redownload the official PS3Lib.dll. Make sure it is not modified. And then place it on your desktop. Make sure it is named to PS3Lib.dll. Then, add that as a reference and put using PS3Lib.dll;

It should work after that.
