Desktop and idk how many whats a bios? Boot and restart
Okay, BIOS is basic input ouput system and it's a firmware installed to the motherboard. When you first boot you'll see a splash screen and some options like press a certain key to access BIOS settings. Common BIOS keys include F2, F1, Esc, and Delete. You'll want to load into BIOS. It's pretty basic and most of them do not support mice so it's entirely keyboard. You'll want to navigate to BOOT and select it. From there it'll show you a list of bootable devices along with a boot order. Check and see if your hard drive is in that boot order. If it is, great. Move it up to the first one. If not, worst case is your hard drive is done for and you'll have to get a new one.
