I have disabled my Anti-Virus and they still seem not to be opening.

Consider trying this, like Squid said "Run as Admin", if that fails then consider adding it as an exception within your antivirus and seeing if that solves your problem... if not, try logging into a quest account on your PC and see if your able to run it there.

Thanks guys I've sorted it now I downloaded a program from NGU that opens them without risk
