Thread moved to Computer Troubleshooting.

Try updating your .NET Framework. I am not sure if a computer like that could handle a newer software update, it could just slow it down so much.

.NET Framework is free. Simply Google it and the latest should pop up from a Microsoft site.

You have a 32 bit operating system, please verify that you are running a 32 bit program, otherwise it will not work.
If you are trying to run a 64 bit program on a 32 bit OS it won't work due to incompatibility.
Your processor is outdated and can only perform basic operations, mathematically speaking compared to what we do these days and this won't be fixed by upgrading your operating system, only your hardware.
Good luck man.

Okay so you can use You must login or register to view this content. but it might not be the latest version, make sure you update your windows XP to service pack 3 so you may use it.
Also update your C++ redistributable found here You must login or register to view this content.
You should really buy a new computer soon though, XP is barely supported and very hackable.

I'm sorry I was blaming your outdated computer but yah...
