Cables good, monitors good.
So it's some software issue, you can either install and reinstall the drivers again, play with your display and graphic settings to see what works. Have the old GOOD driver of your graphics card on a USB disc or something, and delete any of the newer driver that doesn't work from your computer. If you have been allowing windows to reinstall your driver it may look for the newest version and it keeps installing that one. Make sure when you reinstall that you are using the right version that worked for you.
Without actually being there the only other thing I can suggest is that you uninstall your cards software and physically reseed it
Only do this if you are comfortable with taking your computer apart.
Uninstall your card from control panel and device manager and then turn off your computer. Take the case off and take out your graphics card.
Turn your computer back on and use your built in display driver.
Turn off your computer and put your graphics card back in.
Turn computer back on and when it asks for a driver navigate to your USB stick and use that good driver.
Good luck!
