Torrents are the answer for you, torrents will download slowly or quickly depending on the amount of 'seeders' and 'leechers' (explained later) on the file. READ FIRST:
First of all i'm going to explain what a torrent is. A torrent is a type of download but instead of downloading off a server you download off other torrent users going through the process of 'seeding'.

When you're downloading a torrent you don't download it in straightforward parts as most normal large files would be in online. With torrents you download thousands of tiny bits off different people that piece together into one single item. If you're thinking 'what if one part goes wrong, then the whole torrent is screwed.' I've never come across a single torrent that has not worked.

Seeding is making your computer available as a server for downloads. Torrent files give your torrent application instructions for who's seeding, what order it needs to put the bits in and so on.

Leeching is downloading files off others. Seeding is important as seeding keeps torrents alive. It is the server of the downloads. When you see a torrent file online it is ideal to have more leechers than seeders but it's not too bad if it's equal or slightly below

Getting Started: Download a torrent Client.
NOTE: SKIP THIS STEP IF YOU OWN LIMEWIRE, FROSTWIRE OR ACQUISITION
I recommend:

For Mac OSX: Transmission (latest version requires OSX 10.5 or later) There are also previous versions for those not as lucky to have snow leopard. (I USE THIS)

Download and install the torrent Client.

2. IMPORTANT
Add a torrent block list (prevents you from connecting to bad peers (ones who will give you viruses and stuff)) Even if you're on a mac just add the block list because they won't be sending you the file you want.

3. (OPTIONAL)
Go to preferences and limit the upload rate to 0 kb/s. Highly recommended if you have a limited bandwidth per time period.

4. Go to a torrent sharing website e.g. You must login or register to view this content. (requires membership (very very mac friendly))

5. Download the torrent file and run it in the torrent downloader.

You should have the file running soon and if in the instance you have *lost the serial number* for a *replacement* program being downloaded then there should be a crack or keygen included in the file.
