Hello friends

Right-click on desktop, left-click on "personalize" then left-click on "Desktop background" Click on "browse" then point it to your vid.
I can do it with Ultimate, dont know if you can if you have Basic. Just don't move the vid after you select it because then, of course, you wont be able to run it on your desktop because you are pointed to where the video isn't located anymore.

I really wouldn't recommend doing this. It will eat up your Ram and if you have a laptop it will drain your battery.
