Tor is the best free program for actually hiding your IP and keeping you anonymous, but is pretty slow. Hotspot shield is faster but isn't as secure. Just google them there's download links all over for them. If you want a actual fast and secure proxy you will probably have to pay for one, or find it somewhere on the internet for free. lol
