Take your keys off and clean it, then replace? or try installing the latest drivers for them.

I've had this same problem and I have myself trained to use the delete key also. I have even gone to re-installing AutoCAD just to make this feature work again. It works but it's not ideal. If you find out what is making this happen or find that there is a setting conflict. Please let me know. Let me know if the noun/verb selection box fixed the problem since this problem has not reoccurred since reading this post.
