And... is it easy to use? Does it have a friendly user interface?
Im on Win7 btw...

I would go with AVG or AVAST very easy to use

Best is Microsoft Security Essentials. It doesn't affect your computer's speed and it works. Or better yet, get a Mac and you won't have to worry about viruses.
