The pirate bay is loaded with viruses. That doesnt mean everything has viruses in it but programs that include keygens are probably the most common since the virus can easily be called keygen.exe and people will just run it thinking its safe.

edit: @Medic0987 - i downloaded the one you put in the link and scanned it. Its clean. But you should note that its only the program. You will probably need a keygen to actually use it.
