It is really simple to use , all you have to do is Click This Button At the end of your page to start a new page & create a new Link on the table of contents

Now enter in what you want people to see on the table of contents link... And click ok.

Now you will get this [mult_ipage=Introduction] Without the Underscore , now just put this in where you want a new page to be & continue typing as if it is a new page. For Example i put in [multipag3=Tutorial] after i wrote enjoy.
