If you cannot see the video, here is how to do it:

1) Click start then Run, type in cmd.exe
2) Where it says the name of the program (the blue bar (usually)), right click that then hit properties.
3) Hit Colors, then choose your background color or text color.
4) This will not change any codes or anything in command prompt apart from the color.
