I'm trying to watch a movie in windows media player, but the video is appearing in a small box in the top right as opposed to full screen? I haven't touched the settings so can anybody tell me what's causing this?

Both of these players are really good and will play most internet extensions e.g. .mp3 .mkv .flv and so on.

Is the movie a mobile movie?It seems to be that there is something wrong with the movie.

Normally this problem is happens with wmp 9x (wmp 9 , 10) this problem will fixed by reinstalling windows media player or by upgrading.

you may not using windows update.you may need to check for update.
You may go to control panel/windows update then select automatically install updates(recommended).
2nd open your windows media player and check for updates.
3rd
if your windows is not licensed
you may need reinstall windows media player
u may need upgrade to a newer version
as wmp 9 to wmp 10 to wmp 11
