(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); my old mom and dads laptop broke a long time ago and i wanted to fix it so when i started it up the screen was blue but you could still see everything but after the startup the whole screen would go black anybody know why i read that it was the battery over flow or something. Then They Said to Drain the battery but i cant open up the battery thing and dont know where it is please leave some information that will help me.

Wait so does it shut down? If not, then leave it on until it does die then charge it and see what happens.

Then your best bet is to take it to costumer support and see what they can do.

wait it just started up then went to the black screen because i took out the batery pack and put it back in what now? the screen is black.

Just tell them to get a new one, but tell them don't download inappropriate stuff :p hehe, lol jks, if you got Blue Screen of Death, then your laptop is f***ed
