so I have no paypal and no own bank account either but I really want paypal! so I was wondering if I buy a verified account from someone else and I get money and that bought account for example is it possible to buy stuff from it? online of course.. I dont really know how that works

I don't think anyone would sell you a verified account...ever
The thing about paypal is to be verified you have to have it linked to a bank account an active bank account.

This means that if I were to sell you my account it would be me selling you my bank account, and also paypal would most likely lock the account and freeze the charges.
Your best bet if you want to purchase stuff online would be to buy a prepaid credit card at your local walgreens or walmart.

What hackerboi said is true, to verify it you must link it with your bank account since they will send you 2 payments of something like $0.03 and you must send it back

Or you could send it to your actual paypal acc and keep doing this to get $0.03 every time :carling:

your account doesn't get verified until you send them the 2 payments back so it would be a bit pointless lol

Im unverfied and ive spent over £50 on my paypal.

When your making an acc click on premier then when it asks for a credit card click Go To My acc down at the bottom :angel:

yes probably because you've had payments sent to you by other users... you won't be able to add funds from your bank account when it isn't verified.

At the end of the day you won't be able to repeat the payments of $0.03 into your account because paypal aren't that stupid

and then I am able to get money transfered to the acc and spend it without any problems?
