Whenever I go on Google Chrome and some other applications after turning my computer on, my antivirus sends me a message saying that the application has been modified since it was last used, and then gives me a time etc of when that was.

Now, I'm wondering if I have a really crafty undetectable trojan lying around, or if one which I have previously deleted has modified system files.

Anyhow, what should I do to fix the problem?
