I'm back from the dead
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); If someone gives you there IP, what can you do?
I have Net Tools 5.

Not a whole lot considering by default most ISPs have ports blocked.

you know you might even be able to print it out on a piece of paper... and make it into a PAPER AIRPLANE!1!!!!!..... or a PAPER BALL.. i bet you could entertain yourself for hours

Well, if they dont have the ISP blocked. You can flood there modem as long as the computer or system you got the IP from is online. Which makes them lag or make's there internet slow. Search on youtube "Net Tools Lag"
