1gb ram isn't a lot. try to upgrade it to 4. I'm at 2.5 right now and my music programs and games still lag.

Depends on the games you are playing. You can lag from fps (frame per second) which is basically your video card. Or CPU lag. When your processor is doing more than what it can handle.

By the looks of it your PC is outdated for today's PC games.

Go to the following link and check if your PC can handle the game specs

You Need More RAM (Memory) So All Your Programs Can Run Smoothly And Quickly Get 4GB Of RAM And Uninstall Any Programs You Don't Need Or Use And Disable Some Of The Unimportant Thing That Stuff That Start Up

I'm Not Really Sure How Much It Will Cost You, Try Amazon.com or .co.uk (NOT Advertising)

Before You Buy More RAM You Need To Know If They Are Compatible With Your Motherboard Just Do Some Research About Your Motherboard And What Type Of RAM You Need.

Sorry That I Couldn't Be Any More Helpful
