(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Alright here are my system specs,
8gb ram ddr2
Ati radeon hd 4650 1gb
Intel Core 2 quad 2.5ghz
1tb sata hard drive
Now I don't know the rest of ny specs since im at work atm.

With these spec i can only run on medium at 30-40 fps

Where are my friend with a Nvidia 9600gt and intel core 2 duo 2.1 can run it on high without lag?
Any info would be appreciated!!!

Can’t trickshot me!
Yea.. it sounds stupid but anyone that has a laptop.. chuck a icepack underneath it... actually makes it run faster.

Also go to task manager and see how much of your physical memory is being used. U might have background applications chewing up your cpu or using bulk memory.

Its usually a problem related to DirectX in windows. If you are running XP, that means you are limited to DX9, Vista you are limited to DX10, and Windows 7 you are using DX11 (Latest). It does the same thing in Crysis, if you are using windows XP you can only go to high but not ultra high.

If you can tell me what OS you are using I could help you much better with this problem. Unless the above answer has already answered it.

Also make sure your drivers are FULLY updated.
