I dont think it is possible, perhaps you can use a friends steam account and download it, then use ur own to play it?

Go to You must login or register to view this content. search for MW2 then click on seeds, (thats will give the highest and best downloads in the search) Happy

There is no "legal" way to download it free, so it prob shouldn't be discussed here... we dont like warez :hug:
