I am unsure on some aspects as to which is better such as the processor quad or dual its the same price. Im thinking of getting the first fan, no os, 8gb of ram! is that needed? 500gb hd as i got a 1tb spare, and NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 1GB with onboard sound. And help and tips to help and if you know any where even cheaper than that. Rep for help

How come the dual core with 3.30ghz is better than 4 cores with 3 ghz?

I can get any of those 2 processors its the same price lol so which one quad or core duo i was thinking quad is best and will set me up in the long run with 8gb of ram so all i will need to change is graphics card in a year or 2
