(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My hard drive is wiped out on my laptop and i cant boot it. everytime i boot it i get the message BOOTMGR is missing. Also my computer doesnt have a operating system. WHAT SHOULD I DO!?!?!? My computer is a Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5974

yes i have tried reinstalling windows 7 with the disk but it didnt work. also my laptop didnt come with a toshiba recover disk

I heard that they are about 20 dollars though... dont really want to buy if i only need it once

try installing an ubuntu disc, and then after you install that. install windows. it should install the grub bootloader, and then after you install windows it will replace grub with its own bootloader.

Try reformatting? Also, are you running dual os?

i tried ubuntu but at the very start it would just show up as a white screen
