(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi to anyone reading this, I wasn't really sure to post this.
I'm just seeing if anyone can help me here, I've installed CINEMA 4D many times now and every time I try and choose a language setting CINEMA 4D doesn't load and I get an Illegal Instruction Error.
Does anyone know what the cause of this may be?
I am running Windows XP SP2, 32bit and I think I have 512mb RAM, personally I don't think the RAM matters since I can run Adobe Photoshop CS5, After Effects CS5 and Sony Vegas Pro 10 perfectly well.
All help is appreciated!

I have downloaded CINEMA 4D from the website so it isn't some faulty torrent/crack or anything like that.
I have also tried downloading a portable/cracked version of this too so I can see if I get the same error and I did.

just wanna start off saying that the ram does matter, alot.
anyways, what is cinema 4d and what do you mean and Illegal instructon error? it sounds like that "cracked" version may not have been so "cracked" after all....

I have tried downloading lots of different cracked and portable versions which I have had the exact same problem with every one.
I know the RAM does matter but I shouldn't be getting an Illegal Instruction Error. To my knowledge an Illegal Instruction is where you computer is given an instruction which it cannot do, I have never heard of this happening to anyone with CINEMA 4D

Just tried it on my fathers laptop, has exact same RAM, same operating system, nearly the same everything. I didn't get a single error and it booted perfectly, this problem can't be to do with RAM.

I know that, but I tried it on my fathers computer to see if it is a problem with how much RAM my computer has, and it isn't.
