RELEASE NGU BROWSER - 1.0
Decided to do this, so enjoy I guess?
FRAMEWORK 3.5 IS REQUIRED, BUT EVERY COMPUTER HAS IT!

WHATS NEW IN 1.0?
- Whatever webpage it is, it will grab the title and change it at the top
- Added bookmarks
- Added Leech Security (Sec. Code is [url=#]NGU[/url])
- Changed GUI a little
- Added Credits
- Added Back, Forward, Refresh buttons
- Fixed resizing (No longer possible)

good programers dont jst use c++, vb has its ups and downs but is just is powerful as c++
