First of all, here what I will do.

Well just before that, did you note the virus, attack name? This could help because some anti-virus has patch to repair a few of them.

But anyway, I would go on another computer and download these 3 programs in a usb device. (I like these 3 programs, they are free and good. But they're other...)

Ccleaner - You must login or register to view this content.
Clean your PC and a registry clean, don't forget to back up (they will ask you)

Avast 5 (If you install AVAST make sure you uninstalled your other anti-virus, if you have paid for one you'll have to make a choice.) You must login or register to view this content.
-Virus scan of course

Super-Anti Spyware You must login or register to view this content.
-Scan for spyware and malware a full scan

When you have these install them on your computer.
YOU MUST BE IN SAFEMODE MATE. Easy way to safeboot is press F12 while the PC boot, or once it is open go in execute - write msconfig - boot.ini /SAFEBOOT - Apply - Reboot the PC

I would start with this. Might not solves all your problem. The way you're speaking I think that the virus is deleting systems file / disable services. It it is deleting this is no good, maybe you will need to reformat.

But start with this will take a good evening to do all this. After let me know, if formatting is needed ill help you out with your backup and a good clean install.

Sam
Who am I?
Try running a virus scan in safe mode (usually f8 during start up) and getting rid of it that way... if that fails then try system restore... (start > all programs > accessories > system tools).

If that still doesn't get rid of it then just re-install windows with a disk or restore to factory image (usually f10 or f11 during start up).

Hope I helped Smile

It is not a question of all that downloading, but every compter should have at least these installed. Else it can get easily attacked.

Dont have but Ccleaner installed and never had one problem....you dont need a that bs on your pc. I use one thing and it is MS Security Essentials. I like how everyone thinks you need a that bs that really dont do anything but slow ur pc down over time.

You can say what you wanna say but ive done the same thing for the past three years and I download and serf the internet alot and I have not had a virus that killed my pc or did something to it.

Im just saying

C:\Windows\system32\taskmgr.exe..........copy that to your dektop and rename to iexplore.
then go to processes and kill the process that is not normally there or the virus/malware name. then get yourself a good anti-virus and scan and maybe use malwarebytes if its malware.

Heres two options that usually work to enable all of the things you listed

First Option(if this doesnt work see option two)- Open up your "Registry Editor"(regedit) by ether typing Registry Editor on your search bar in your start button, or going to start, run, regedit.

now find this in there, but before going to tha, click on Computer/My Computer(its right above HKEY_CURRENT_USER) hit file, export, and save it to your desktop

There should be things that say..
DisableCMD and a few more things in there...

Just delete everything but the one that says (Default), restart your pc and it should work.

Second Option- Alright for this option you will need to download something, but it worked for me.

Download this right here

Alright now right click on the program, and click run as administrator, itll open up. Now if you tried the first option and your regedit also said disabled by administrator, then click enable regedit and go back to first option. If your regedit is enabled and you completed all the steps in the first option then just do this

Click enable for all the things that were disabled.. restart your pc and it should work now Smile

Restart 2-3 times and if everything is working you can delete that registry back up you put on your desktop, that was just in case your registry screwed up so you wouldn't have to reformat.

Any questions, ask away!
