This affects me on PS3 as well, I mean, I would be on a 4 bar connection, then he'll come back and I'll be lagging on a 1 bar connection.

I was wondering of a way to "kick" him from the router until he stops. He is connected through DHCP, using the router's wifi.

Wouldn't this be a great innovation..

Simple: Block the port he is downloading on.
(May involve a quick investigation on his computer's torrent settings).

I read somewhere that torrent clients can just switch to another port.

@op you can ban mac addresses if your modem/router lets you, mine does , find the mac address of your cousins computer/laptop whatever, its impossible to change a mac address so you can block them permanently from using your router/modem
