LOTS of problems...and 1 BIG!!!!! problem.

Big Problem : You chose an AMD Motherboard with an Intel Processor. BIG NO-NO

Other Problems: Get a different PSU, that brand sucks. And get a sidewinder mouse and keyboard.

So would a 'ASRock X58 Extreme LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard' Be a better choice?

to be totally honest. i would go with this one.

Its not very expensive, and has plenty of slots for extra graphics cards.

Also, i wouldn't go with a 5830, i would go with one of the new 6870's, as it has just about the same horsepower, but alot of better features, including better thermal stats.

And im assuming this is your first build, so one really nice tip to go by. ALWAYS buy reliable brands. If you try to skimp out of a nice build by buying something cheap to stay within budget, just wait, as that piece, if not reliable, could destroy your whole rig, ESPECIALLY AN OFFBRAND POWER SUPPLY.

This is a GOOD PSU, cheap, and VERY RELIABLE.
