This is for windows only, but yes you just download it, unrar it then open the folder, there will be a setup.exe just double click it then install it.
But i'll upload a mac version soon.

No installing on this version as it is mac.

Don't update it, i think it damages ur mac. My mom updated the this version of it and she updated it and it slowed it down ALOT. So watch out.
