then double click for the command prompt will open
then type ping You must login or register to view this content.

instead of the example.com put a proxy site
then enter it will give you a code

type the code into the browser and it will bring you to the proxy

walla , go on anything facebook youtube , dont reccoment youtube its laggy as hell :L , after a while your get caught by history and there block the site , i think the school goes on most visited on all computers and like looks it out :L
