Thats incorrect. The ping measures how long it takes the packets to get from point A to point B and back to point A. The download speed is the bandwidth. Now regardless of if it takes 30ms or 70ms to make the request, Bobby would still be bringing in 100 more mb per second.

Also, neither of those speeds are really needed in gaming and for gaming i would rather Beasts connection.
