Don't worry you wont lose your CMD just make a copy and upload it to mediafire ect...
Where to find your CMD?
Normally located at:
    C:\Windows\System32\CMD

Please only windows 7 or vista! The XP CMD is different!


Make a notepad document, open it, type in 'command.com' click file save as a window should pop up with 2 dropdowns change the .txt to All files. then save it as CMD.bat

If the command.com failed, just type 'command prompt' next time.
