Spyware doctor any day of the week you can get a bootleg copy fairly easily.

I heard that ESET and Bitdefender are good

Best Internet Security to me is Webroot Internet Security Essentials. I have it for over 2 years and never had a problem. Best software out there for spyware and viruses. Kasperkey Internet Security 2011, best out there. Easily pirated as well. Never had a problem with it and I love the layout of it. Not a bad thing about it really.
