(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); well i guess im on a pc tune-up sorta day todayHappy

when i got my Pc for christmas it came with a pre-installed internal card reader... it hasnt seemed to work from the day off, but tbh ive never used it. so earlier on i opened up my pc so i could connect my laptop hard drive to my pc to get a few files an i notice a lead coming from the back of the card reader is not plugged in anywhere... so i got suspicious is this the reason why it isnt working?:/ the SATA is plugged into its port, an the USB cable with the 4 pins on to[ 5 below is plugged in... so does anyone know what this cable is? and/or what it does?
