Cons: AVG’s scanning engine is effective, but not the fastest. The software also overprotects at times, causing false positives.

The Verdict: AVG Anti-Virus continues to deliver new features and is one of the best antivirus software available, just not THE best.

Based on my oppinion i think Norton.

Norton BAYBAY..... Its the only one ive ever tried

I use norton, but bitdefender heuristic engine beats all it detects everything including resident virus attached in meomory of all active .exe and exclude it!!! n isolate!!!!

Ive used AVG for years and never had a prob

Norton is the best ( in my opinion ), it stops you from downloading viruses in the first place, if you still try to allow the download then its your problem, it stops you also from downloading items that other Norton users haven't downloaded so new viruses practically can't be downloaded, i used to use adware, that failed.... , AVG isn't great lags your computer up and still you get viruses (the reason why friend now uses norton)

Ive never had a problem with AVG and thats all i use, and AVG stops you from downloading viruses
