well its your router right??
if you didnt have a password pretty much anybody could have set a password for your router..
asuming it is your router
1. Walk to your wireless router
2.take the wireless router in your hands
3. look for a small reset button
cant find it? find out what router you have and search on google "router type" hard reset
4. hold the reset button for some time
5.your router has been reset to the original state
6. connect to your router using the default settings
7. be happyOutie

,,; i saw it was a belkin so look here if you dont manage to reset:

Yeah, DO what this guy said... More than likely you parents set a password... Or It comes on the router by default... and if thats the case then check the paper that came with it.. but the easiest thing to do is to reset it...

What kind of router was it if it was the Belkin PLAY or SURF or anythign like that then it does come PREset with a password....

you reset it? it still asks for WEP?
1. walk to your router
2. look on the back of it
3. read where it says WEP key
4. write it down
5. connect using that code

or do you mean the password for logging in now on 192.168.2.1? if so its nothing just press enter or its admin

:p good luck if you are gonna use backtrack lol
this might help you to.. can u connect a computer to the router with a ethernet cable? as in not wireless?
yes?
good 192.168.2.1 type that in addres bar or 192.168.1.1 if 2.1 doesnt work.
you will now get a login screen of your belkin router,,,
login by using username password
by default it is empty username and password or
user admin
passw admin
or
user empty
passw admin

login
change security settings to non instead of WEP
goodluck
btw if you did the reset right (holding the button in long) the factory settings would be restored and therefore there would be no WEP anymore.....

Alright type 192.168.2.1 into your address bar ( on a computer that is hooked up through a wire.. and hit enter there should be no password if there is then type in Admin for user and admin for pass... then go to wireless security settings.. Then clear your WEP security code or change it to one youll remember and sav ethe settings...
