I use to give free rep :/
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My router has no password but windows asks for a password. And says its a WEP. When trying to connect to the router. Can anyone help please? +25 for person who can help/have it work.

My problem is there is NO key.

on the side of ur modem there should be ur mac id and wep key well for mine it is
any ways ull put that wep key in

What is windows asking for a password for? To connect to the internet? Or to log into the computer?

Try to do what BannedFromLife said. Im not sure as I have never needed a WEP password. Are they supposed to be 64 characters?

There is no wep password, Or anything.

Are you sure your connecting to the right network? Not a neighbors. Maybe try to reset your router.

lol I know its the right one! :p im not that stupid Happy I tried that...still asked for a password.

I did try default passwords

admin:admin
admin: password

etc,
