1>scan with antivirus and anti malware
2>restart to check if you still get error
3> didnt help? restart pc and press F8 at starting up to go save mode
4>in safe mode did you get the error? no?
5>start>run>msconfig
6>General tab>Selective Startup>check hide microsoft applications>uncheck all other applications
7>restart problem solved?
