normally when i get that i just restart my PC then it works fine

Delete and get a new one. But this time, get a updated one

That used to happen to me on Mossy's patch blocker, I Just restarted my computer and it worked

try deleting it then downloading it again

I would suggest kicking your computer, or possibly laying down a firm slap to your monitor.

this happened to me also. took me a while to get if fixed but now it works fine. all you gotta do, like everybody else said, is restart your computer. if that doesnt work, then delete and re-download. if that still doesnt work, then delete it and find a better version. took me up to the 2nd option to fix it. hope i helped
