Sign up make a free account and when you get the game up and running sign in with your friends account info.

It will recognize that you are a member and bought the game.
It should prompt you to download the FULL game for free when it takes you to battle.net or whatever it is sign in again with your friends info and start the download let it adownload and you should have the full download of the game!

Your friend is totally going to give you his account just for you to download the game without being able to do anything with it.

I pay for mine since every other method is long and tedious.
